  I love this store. It is always my first choice for my needs. The staff are awesome at their jobs, with the exception of a few bad apples but what company of this size doesn't have those! The employees stay for years which says a lot about the company and about the people they hire. We now know many people there and they know us always treating us with warm welcoming hellos and how have you been. That makes our shopping experience greatly enjoyable. Even though some items can be found with better prices at the competitors store we still prefer this Lowe's over their prices simply because of the excellent customer service that we receive and value.

  The lowest quality of customer service I ever encountered. The employees are very rude, non friendly, and do not know anything about professional customer service. The employees ignore the customers and treat them like trash. I am very disappointed and will not return here, I will advice people I know not to come here as well because people are not being treated properly in this store. This is very disturbing and unprofessional.
